201 days ago life came to a screeching halt. It's been 201 days of confusion. Lost plans. Closed businesses. Empty halls at schools. Cancelled events. Postponed weddings. Virtual learning. Closed churches.
I don't know about you but that's a LOT for this cheer mom, small businesses owner, full-time employee, honeymoon planner, wedding coordinator and church loving person. Ya'll, I can say with 100% confidence that I. Am. Over. It! I know it's a very real issue and we are still dealing with it as best we can but, Covid, we need to breakup!
So, this weekend my mom and I had our weekly (let's be real, nightly) phone call and decided that we needed something to look forward too. Something that gives us excitement and a reason to keep hustling each day. Cue, alert on my email advertising the Beaches All Inclusive B.F.F. Girls Getaway in Turks and Caicos 2021! In about five minutes we decided we were going. In about 2 days we acquired 9 other besties to join and the trip was booked! Beaches Turks and Caicos is an all-inclusive resort that sits on a 12 mile beach, has 10 different pools, 15 bars, 21 five-star gourmet restaurants, 2 food trucks (one being mac-n-cheese, c'mon) and has an ambiance that reflects Italy, France, the Caribbean and Key West. Throw in the unlimited snorkeling, paddle boarding, hobie cats, chess, tennis and shuffleboard and you have us SOLD! Just in case we weren't already sold, the Beaches B.F.F. Girls Getaway includes a welcome and farewell cocktail party, private catamaran cruise, seaside yoga, a white attire party, jewelry and wine soiree, spa credit, professional 5x7 photo and a Sanitas Skincare kit. To say we are excited is an understatement! We've basically planned our outfits already.
