• Lead Wedding Coordinator to assist with coordinating the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception

• Coordination begins 4-6 weeks before the date of your wedding

• Unlimited access by phone, email and text during normal business hours

• Two planning appointments (in person or virtual) for timeline review and finalization

• A customized wedding timeline for each vendor and the wedding party

• Attend rehearsal with wedding party and family (if schedule allows)

• On-site vendor management the day of the wedding

• Set-up decor, linen, tables, etc according to the floor plan design

• Distribution of flowers to wedding party and pinning the boutonnieres

• Management of timing and execution of important activities at ceremony and reception, including processional/recessional of wedding party, formal introductions, first dances, cake cutting, toasting, bouquet/garter toss, grand exit and more

• Assistance with tear-down at end of reception

• Return/Loading of personal items to bride and/or family at the end of the reception

• Money saving options on hotel room blocks, stationary/invitations and Sandals destination weddings/honeymoon packages
